The team at Wirra Wirra perfected the art of blending many years ago and these days they are microscopically fine-tuning the legendary Church Block. The three musketeers in this escapade are Cabernet, Shiraz and Merlot and they are so well choreographed in the delivery of their message, which is, all together now, that Church Block is one of Australia’s most revered creations and it should be poured often and with enthusiasm.
