2008 Show Reserve Coonawarra Cabernet

By golly this wine is young and with it the tannins are crunchy and unyielding.  However there is no doubt that the mafia staff car of fruit, which trundles along cloaked in dusty tannins, has a big engine and no desire whatsoever to stop at the lights in pursuit of its aim – delivering the Don to you in one piece. I myself wouldn’t touch this wine for five years, but you can’t possibly be expected to have the patience. Are you brave enough?
