2007 La Lune Shiraz

Intensely plumy and jam-packed with liquorice and briary spice, there is one hell of a ride on the cards when you pour this wine. But, a word of warning, at barely a year old this chap needs air, so decant and swirl like a demon to release the hidden depths of flavour which will, no doubt, cement this wine in your memory and compel you to find a place for it in your cellar, too.
