There are so many weighty GSM’s on the market which, after a glass or two, dumbfound your taste buds and send you to sleep. So, what would you give for a medium weight, racy, lightly-spiced rouge with a red-fruit, not black-fruit-driven palate? Well, TTC is a session red with immense appeal and a spirit of bonhomie which is infectious. Congrats to all, because this sensitive red winemaking is rare these days.
