Every year more than 7,000 people sleep rough on the streets and in the parklands of South Australia. Hutt Street Centre provides essential support and developmental services to homeless and marginalised people in Adelaide.
Last year Hutt Street Centre provided 57,000 meals and social work services to over 1,600 people. Showers, laundry facilities, a daily visiting doctor and nurse, recreation activities, an aged care program and assistance with finding housing are all services provided to the homeless at Hutt Street Centre.
More than 75% of people seeking care at Hutt Street Centre have a mental illness. Touch Wine specifically raises funds to address the needs of those people – the most vulnerable and marginalised in our community. Visit the Hutt Street Centre website.
